One system, several views
Atlas keeps every view connected to the same records, so moving from planning to focus to review never means rebuilding context.
Nest work up to ten levels, organize projects into sections, and move between list, board, and calendar views.
Run count-up, countdown, or Pomodoro sessions and keep the resulting work bursts with the task that produced them.
See dated work, reschedule it, and add directly into the day you are planning.
Compare estimates with tracked time and produce Unicode- and photo-safe print views without fabricating metrics.
Export backups, CSV, Markdown, calendar data, spreadsheets, and print-ready reports when you need them.
Signed-in finance has its own authenticated routes, storage adapter, and ledger. The public demo cannot load it.
Focused work, without losing history
Every session returns to the task
Capture the task and its context.
Run the timer that matches the work.
Compare plan, progress, and actual time.
Plan → focus → finish
Start with a quick capture, add only the detail the work deserves, and let completion history, time entries, and reports accumulate naturally.
Clear data boundaries
Demo data remains local to the demo. Account and finance requests require the signed-in server identity, private pages are never cached for offline navigation, and sign-out clears the local account replica.
Seeded sample records, device-local persistence, and no private API adapter.
Server-derived identity, account-keyed IndexedDB, queued offline edits, and explicit conflict handling.
A separate authenticated route tree and balanced posting ledger—not a component mounted inside the demo.
Static assets and a public offline notice are cached; authenticated HTML and API responses are not.
The public demo is fully interactive and deliberately isolated. When you are ready, create your private Atlas workspace with ChatGPT sign-in.
